Rising Phoenix Enrichment Program’s (RPEP) mission is to provide enrichment programs that foster the positive development of children. RPEP’s programs consist of STE(A)M Enrichment; Health, Fitness & Nutrition; Financial Literacy; Tutoring; Life Skills & Motivational Speakers.
