Surrey Energy Management was formed by Peter Syddall in 2007, at the very beginning of the government’s introduction of EPC’s for existing residential and commercial premises.

More recently, we have chosen to concentrate solely on assisting our clients to find the best cost effective solutions to achieving Building Regulations Part L compliance, for either new build, converted or extended homes.

Based near Weybridge in Surrey, whilst our client base is mainly from the south of England, we are pleased to provide our services to projects in any part of the country.

Today we are an energy and sustainability consultancy focussed only on the UK residential construction sector and it’s application of Part L of the Building Regulations. Our service is underpinned by trust, simplicity and an unwavering focus on our clients needs. This has helped us to build a loyal and diverse client base from architects and developers to major contractors and engineering consultancies.
