Universal Energy (UE) is a Limited Liability Company (LLC), with offices in the Cayman Islands (website www.UEC.IO). UE shall serve as the software developer and manager to establish the UEC coin also known as a “token” following the latest Token Shield Protocol as outlined below and referred to here as “UEC or Token.” UEC Tokens are guided by smart contracts, connected to a revolutionary energy producing machine(s) (hereinafter referred to as a Global Energy Machine(s), or “GEM”), using proprietary embedded hardware/software for the purpose of a) monitoring GEM machines operations b) digitally collecting energy revenue in order to distribute the revenue in real time as electricity is produced and sold. The system sends the digital reveune directly to all token holders in real time. The supply and demand of the UEC is driven by market forces that may drive the Token price up or down.
The supply of Global Energy Machines (GEM) will come from UE’s technology partners, regardless of where the energy machines are manufactured. The UE Shield is a closed-loop system requiring all financial transactions be completed within the UE ecosystem. In other words, consumers, businesses, and utilities (who may be users of UE electricity) will pre-pay for energy credits held in the UEC. Customers who do not purchase the UEC for this purpose may use them as currency that can be exchanged for other forms of cryptocurrency.
UE’s Custom Design Financial Model is intended to prevent misappropriation of funds and enhance coin holders trust and confidence. The sale proceeds of UEC are managed by Universal Energy LLC and will be used to fund operating expenses, including the UE Shield distributed ledger and hardware/software interface, GEM research & development, and high capacity manufacturing facilities around the world that produce the GEM machines. All GEM machines funded by UE will be for the exclusive use of UE and leased to users on a highly competitive basis.
