Founded in 2016 by Jasmine Chong and Betty Kong, Lab Studios is the home of fitness concepts Yoga Lab, Barre Lab and Lab on Demand – all with the mission of creating safe, accessible spaces for people from all walks of life to explore their practice.
The name “Lab Studios” is a reference to its unique approach to fitness and wellness. Each Lab Studio class is created based on sequences that focus on the appropriate muscle groups to achieve optimal results.
In just five years, Lab Studios has launched four Yoga Lab and Barre Lab studios — including a new flagship Lab Studios in Holland Village that opened in August 2021 – as well as Lab on Demand, an online fitness subscription service. Classes are available daily, taught by Lab Studio’s 30-strong team of instructors, including Jasmine and Betty.
By the end of 2021, The Flow Pilates by Lab Studios – a joint venture with Tiffany Yow, Founder of The Flow Studio – is slated to launch.
