Abuse may lead to anxiety, depression, relationship and self-worth issues, for example. Traumatic events have been shown to have life-long consequences[2]. These events often lead to poor quality of life and health-related conditions. Kris assists clients in developing strategies and implementing solutions to address these challenges.
