Prarthana is passionate about optimum nutrition. She believes that food is the best healer if eaten wisely but can be equally damaging if not. She also believes that you do not need a silver fork to eat good food, hence her diet plans are completely based on simple and easy home-cooked meals instead of any supplements, shakes etc. She is a keen believer in holistic and sustainable health and aims to make her clients’ health journey easier.
