Fit Therapy was created to provide you with a completely fresh work out experience. This new concept group training studio offers unique equipment that we've literally scoured the globe for! Our goal is to provide you with an opportunity to break out of the mold! Two specific terms were at the heart of the creation of this new concept studio 1) Rogue: diverse, different, think out of the box, not accepting the norm, form your own path and 2) Culture: become part of a community of like-minded people who seek out and strive for more, for better. Classes include HIIT cardio workouts, full-body resistance training, and we specialize in Glute Training!
