At Future Focus our team come from a diverse range of backgrounds including social work, nursing, psychology and community services. Our NDIS support coordinators will work with you to ensure a mix of disability supports are used to increase your ability to live more independently, maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, and be included in your community. You can tell us what you are looking for in your support co-ordinator. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the NDIS & other service systems, such as Health, Justice, Aged Care & Housing. Whatever the Stage of your NDIS Journey, with over 30 staff based around WA & Victoria, we will have a support co-ordinator whose skills and knowledge will meet your needs.
