Pre-pregnancy physical examination
This procedure is intended to discover any potential obstetric or gynaecological issue that may have an impact on the woman's health during her pregnancy. It also aids in the development of an expectant parent's understanding of the changes that occur in their bodies during pregnancy, labor, and delivery.
Endometriosis
Endometriosis is a condition in which the tissue that borders the uterus develops outside of it. Most of the time, this tissue grows on other organs in the abdomen, such as the ovaries and bowel. Pain before or during periods, painful periods with copious bleeding or clots, pain during sex, pain in the lower abdomen or pelvic area, and infertility are all symptoms.
Fibroid of the uterus
Uterine fibroids are cancerous tumors that develop within the uterus. They are the most common cause of abnormally heavy menstrual bleeding. Uterine fibroids can range in size from a pea to a grapefruit. The size and number of fibroids vary from woman to woman, and some women may have one or two fibroids while others have many more. Heavy menstrual bleeding, pelvic pain, vaginal discharge, and difficulties getting pregnant are all indications of uterine fibroid.
