Jane Y. Lee is a bilingual immigration lawyer in Dublin, providing legal services to individuals and businesses in Columbus, Ohio, and throughout the US. With 15+ years as a practicing attorney, she has experience advising foreign and domestic clientele with employment and family visas, citizenship and naturalization, permanent residency through green cards, helping international students maintain their status, asylum, consular processing, waivers, and more.
As an immigrant herself, Jane and her family faced many of the challenges within the immigration system. It's her goal to make the process as easy as possible for her clients. She’s successfully kept many families together during immigration and has represented numerous businesses and employees in employment-based immigration matters.
Jane is one of nine attorneys on staff at Peterson Conners LLP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Ohio State University and a law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law. She is admitted to practice law in Ohio and is a member of the American Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, the Columbus Bar Association, and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
