At Shala Yoga, we strive to honor the roots of Yoga all the while holding space for the practice to shift and change to serve the people of today. The culture of yoga is a fluid, living tradition and we value each student as a teacher. Every time we teach, We learn something so thank you for being part of the growing yoga community of Squamish. We intend on creating a safe, inclusive space for all to explore the deeper layers of oneself through the technologies of yoga.
