CASA Schools is a six-month Culinary school mentor/externship program designed for future chefs, restaurant owners, and others interested in the culinary arts.
Students apprentice inside Fairlane Nashville, TN while they learn in one-on-one sessions with the restaurant's chef, Kristin Beringson. This hands-on, real-world mentor/extern method of education is ideal, especially when paired with our online curriculum.
