Amrita Spiritual Healing + Reiki

My healing practice began with hands on bodywork, but the Body Deva method has blown me away due to its ability to access and release embedded patterns and trauma. It is an incredible format that allows for shamanic interface and client empowerment. Due to this work, I was able to discover my calling to be of service to others through healing. When we heal on an individual level, we not only help ourselves, but we help heal the larger web of humanity.

My training includes an intense two-year Spiritual Worker course, Hakomi Mindful Somatic Psychotherapy, Usui Reiki (Levels I, II, and Master), California Massage Practitioner Certification and Restorative Justice for Community Healing
