CCP Psychology provides counselling services to adults, children, adolescents and families focusing on clients' strengths. With 20 years of experience, we work with different presentations including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, self-esteem, social skills, adjustment issues, parenting and post-natal depression just to name a few.
We are located in Pymble with warm and inviting rooms for face-to-face counselling as well as having the flexibility of telehealth or online counselling if preferred.
The world is changing around us at a very fast pace. If you are feeling down or overwhelmed, finding it hard to adjust to new things, struggling with big emotions or maintaining relationships, talking to someone can really help.
