Citadel BBQ, Restaurant and Bar, is located on the ground level of the Westin TMC hotel right in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. Citadel BBQ offers delicious Texas style BBQ with all the smoked meats including Brisket, House Smoked Sausage, Ribs, Pulled Pork, and Smoked Turkey and Chicken.
