Safety Matters, Inc. was founded in 1997 in Grand Haven, MI as an environmental, health and safety consulting company. During that time it became apparent there was a huge need in the area of training. It was becoming more difficult for employers to effectively and regularly train their employees in a cost-effective manner. While the need for better training options was increasing, so was technology and the internet. In 2001 ESafetyOnline, now eSafety, was launched, giving companies the ability to train and report on employee training online. As of now, our Learning Management System (LMS) is on it’s third major upgrade, as we are constantly looking at how to give our clients the best and most effective way to track and train their employees.
