For over 15 years Chef Noi developed her craft on the streets of Bangkok working with her mother serving some of the areas most well known Papaya Salad and BBQ fish. After graduating with the distinction of "Grand Master Thai Culinary Chef", Noi imported her down home flavors and enhanced her menu to add healthy choices for Chiang Mai food lovers.
