Happy Palace Grammar School is a private, coeducational college preparatory school in Karachi, Pakistan. It was founded in 1982 by Mr. Asif Khan, the school's chairman. Happy Palace Grammar School is affiliated with the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and offers a rigorous academic program that prepares students for success in college and beyond.

Happy Palace Group of Schools was established towards the end of the twentieth century (1982). With a rich history of forty years (41 years), the School leads as a symbol of educational aspiration for students with a special purpose of providing quality education at an affordable price. At a time, when government allocation and spending were minimal on the education sector, HPGS established itself as one of the leading education providers in the city.

The first branch of HPGS opened in FB Area, a central location in Karachi, with a vision of providing quality education. Since then, the School system has been established in this region, and has further diversified in areas such as Gulshan-e-Iqbal and North Nazimabad.

HPGS System is indebted to its founding members, who are still committed to playing a role in the ongoing process of social enlightenment of this nation’s youth.
