Kelsey Jarvis Counselling & Associates provides Vancouver Counselling such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Client/Person Centered Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Emotional Focused Therapy (EFT). We understand that reaching out for counselling can be an intimidating process and our counsellors want to help make it as comfortable as possible. No matter what you are struggling with, we aim to provide a supportive, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore any challenges you may be facing.
