Kyokushinkai Karate Zurich

The Kyokushinkai Karate Zurich Dojo was founded to offer the original and genuine Kyokushinkai Karate style in the spirit of its inventor Masutatsu (Mas) Oyama.

Our karate is based on :
"Kihon" the scholastic practice of the basic technique.
"Kata" the prescribed sequences of attack and defense.
"Kumite" fighting in different ways.

The style is called Kyokushin, which means the "last, absolute truth". Kyokushin is based on full contact karate and is considered one of the toughest karate styles in the martial arts world.
