Life Recovery provides a variety of services including a comprehensive approach to counseling for individuals, couples, children and teens. We address the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the individual through the application of biblical truth and its principles of spiritual warfare and deliverance to their personal life and circumstances. Life Recovery assists the believer in identifying strongholds, specific lies, and generational patterns, including the personal agreements made with those lies. Breaking those agreements breaks the Enemy’s grip and brings freedom from bondage (addictions, anxiety, depression, relationships, curses, sin, etc.) and the recovery of blessings in their life. The revelation of Jesus Christ, through the Holy Spirit establishes truth and liberty in the heart of the broken and deliverance for the oppressed.

Life Recovery began as a prayer counseling ministry in 1997 by Marjorie Cole, based upon the application of the truth of God’s Word as illustrated in the “Spiritual Warfare Diagram”. Its purpose continues to provide those seeking help, with the spiritual tools found to be effective in, “setting captives free”, through prayer, counseling, deliverance, inner-healing, and breaking generational curses.

Marjorie's background includes working as a psychologist/counselor. She has worked in the areas of healing and deliverance over the last 35 years. She first learned about the devil and witchcraft and addictions while working at several Christian residential programs,(including MN Teen Challenge). The reality of the spiritual battles that were being waged for the souls of these precious people showed her the underbelly of the Enemy.

God began to teach her how the Enemy had captured them through lies and agreements and the iniquities of their generations. Marjorie finally put the pieces of this giant spiritual warfare puzzle, into the first of many books called “Taking the Devil to Court.” Jesus said we shall know the truth and the truth will set us free. Truth brings us to understanding and understanding spiritual warfare exposes the lies and sets us free with the truth.
