Upon obtaining my real estate accreditation in early 2019, I chose to specialize in properties located in Butts, Crawford, Jaspar, Jones, Lamar, Monroe, and Upson counties. Focusing solely on these markets allows me to stay up to date on the current trends and the positioning of the real estate cycle.
I've been involved with residential and commercial real estate in capacities other than a real estate agent for well over a decade. My background is in residential and light commercial remodeling, home investment properties, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of the hospitality industry. This prior experience and diverse understanding of the multiple facets of real estate gives me an edge over my fellow professionals when it comes to buying, selling, or property management.
