The Million Dollar Teacher Project is a non-profit organization focused on elevating the teaching profession. We pursue this by creating community-centered engagement opportunities to help with retention and recruitment. We focus on support, compensation, and recognition because teachers site them as the top 3 areas that are negatively impacting the profession together.
