Olga Parshenkova owns The Permanent Makeup Room. She was born and raised in Russia and has lived in the United States for almost 20 years now. She is a certified esthetician trained (and certified) in lip blush, microblading, powder brows, and in-lash extensions. When she’s not performing esthetician services, she’s enjoying art, music and traveling.

Olga was trained by some of the most experienced instructors in the Ohio/Kentucky region. Whenever a client decides to treat themselves to one of these services, they can rest easy knowing they will be taken care of in a safe and relaxing environment and the person providing the services will be a well-trained professional.
