Procare

Procare was established in July 2020 to meet the needs of our local community. Our decision to establish Procare was motivated by our belief that “the secret to happiness is helping others.” Our executive team members have been a part of the community services and disability sector and have experience of over 25 years serving previously in various roles as support workers, coordinators, and staff members. Having worked so closely with participants and having known the critical aspects of this sector makes us more competent and efficient to serve differently again.

To provide tailored diverse participant -centric services and opportunities that support and empower vulnerable communities to thrive, resulting in the best outcomes for all individuals.

We understand the demands of our local community and are here to provide all-encompassing services. We are proud to be a culturally sensitive service provider who has the capacity to meet a range of NDIS supports. In addition to this, we have access to a range of suitably qualified support workers to provide the kind of supports you want. Our support staff values and understands the significance of being a culturally diverse community. Our team includes an eclectic mix of support workers who understand different cultures and are proficient and able to speak different languages too.

Procare serves varied areas of the community from children, youth, and families, to people with disabilities. Our Services are user-oriented, culturally accommodating, value ethics and respect, and are committed to individualized supports benefitting our participants in the most effective way.
