ReliantHealth is a community-based clinic that specializes in primary and transitional care for all adult patients in Southern Nevada.

Reliant Physicians was formed in 2019 with experienced community physicians to serve the inpatient and post-acute patient population of Southern Nevada. The company's success in the community has led our doctors to provide prompt and friendly transitional and primary care at our outpatient clinic ReliantHealth. Our philosophy of clinical practice consistently earns multiple five-star patient reviews and Reliant's provider-focused company culture has resulted in minimal attrition of doctors and nurse practitioners. Reliant covers all levels of clinical care delivery that includes acute inpatient care in a traditional hospital, post-acute care delivered at a long-term hospital or rehabilitation facility as well as attending on our patients at skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and caring for our patients at our clinic.
