Ric Banks, a Latin culture lover and a passionate dance performer began tapping his feet during his early teenage years. After winning the hearts of Londoners for over five years, Ric moved to Dubai seven years ago and since then has had established himself and won the hearts of all people as an all-time favourite “go-to” dance instructor and in-demand performer for everyone at all walks of life.

A self-made man, he’s made a name both as an entrepreneur and as an event organizer. He founded DEF Performing Arts and Training Centre housing a team of professional individuals to teach various sorts of Dance and Fitness Activities tailored for adults and kids. He conducts countless workshops for Salsa, Kizomba, Bachata, Hip-hop, Wedding Dances and Corporate team buildings.
