I graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 1998. I completed my specialization at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine in 2004 and received the title of General Surgery Specialist. In 2004-2005, I served in the General Surgeon Department of the VKV American Hospital. In 2005, I went to the USA and worked as a research assistant in the Trauma and Surgery intensive care department at the University of Southern California, Keck Medical School. I worked at Istanbul University Faculty of Medicine between 2006 and 2007, at Memorial Atasehir Hospital between 2008-2013, and at Acibadem Healthcare Group between 2013-2022. I received the title of Associate Professor in 2015. I am currently working in my own practice in Atasehir, Istanbul.
