Orlando Cedeno, DPM, is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon at Jupiter Laser and Regenerative Medicine in Jupiter, Florida. Dr. Cedeno has extensive training in the conservative and surgical treatment of diabetic conditions affecting the lower extremities.
Dr. Cedeno completed a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive and trauma surgery of the foot and ankle at the Chestnut Hill Hospital/University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, focusing on foot, ankle, and leg surgery. He worked under the direction of renowned podiatric and orthopedic surgeons.
In 2009, Dr. Cedeno completed an exclusive AO International Trauma and Reconstructive Foot and Leg Fellowship under Dr. Kaj Klaue, MD, in Lugano, Switzerland. He has served and continues to serve as a principal investigator in many clinical research drug and medical device studies. This work keeps him at the forefront of new technologies that allow him to help his patients.

He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery.
